We started Varion Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. over here in Borivali East. Our office is No. 2/c 403 in the Dheeraj Upvan building. It is a busy residential and commercial area, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. We have been working from this spot for a good while now. It’s not a huge, fancy office with glass walls, just a regular room where we keep our files and computers. We deal with life sciences, which means a lot of technical work and making sure everything is done by the book. Usually, the team is busy on the phones or checking data. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we don’t mind the wait. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. We are just a small group of people trying to do our jobs right every day. Most of our neighbors in Dheeraj Upvan know us. We don't have big signs or anything. We prefer to just focus on the work itself. Being in Borivali East makes it easy for us to commute. We keep things pretty simple here. There are no big meetings with fancy catering, just us and our work. We like it this way. It feels more like a real workplace where actual work happens instead of just looking good for visitors. Most of the time you will find us at our desks with a cup of tea, going through the daily reports.
