We are based out in the industrial area of Tarapur Boisar, specifically at S-12 M.I.D.C. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there are factories and warehouses all around us. It’s not the prettiest place, but it’s where real work happens. Mc Coy Pharma has been here for a good stretch of time. We like the grit of the MIDC. It feels like everyone here is trying to build something. Our unit is simple and functional. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy sign. We just have the machines and the space we need to do our jobs properly. The weather gets pretty hot out here in Boisar, but we’ve got our routine down. We aren't interested in corporate games or trying to look bigger than we are. We’re a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big order to finish, but that’s just part of the deal. We don't use fancy language to talk about our products. We just make sure they’re done right and sent off on time. Most of the people working here have been with us since the start. We’re like a small family in the middle of a big industrial estate. It’s noisy, it’s dusty, and it’s exactly where we belong. We just focus on the day’s tasks and try to keep everything running smoothly without making a big fuss about it.
