Boch & Fernsh Inc

Our place is at 27 Crescent Industrial Estate, right on Kanjur Village Road in Bhandup East. Being in an industrial estate means things are a bit rugged and practical. It is not like those glass buildings you see elsewhere. Boch & Fernsh Inc has been here for a bit, and we have gotten used to the sounds of the neighborhood and the trucks moving in and out. It is a solid place to work if you do not mind a bit of dust and a lot of activity. Inside, we have set things up so we can focus on what we do. It is a functional space with enough room for the team to sit and figure out whatever project is on the desk that day. We are not much for fancy decorations or big signs. Mostly, it is just us, some computers, and a lot of coffee. Kanjur Village Road is a busy stretch, and finding the right turn into the estate can be tricky for newcomers, but once you are here, it is a good spot to get things done without too many distractions. We like being in Bhandup East; it feels more grounded than the more commercial hubs. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It is a simple routine, and it works for us and the people we work with. There is always something to fix or organize, but we keep moving.
