We've been at the Bit Chawl area on Belasis Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot near Navjyot Society in Mumbai Central. Most days, we’re just here handling whatever event needs doing. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that's just part of being in Mumbai. People come in asking about setups or small parties. We don't do anything too fancy, just the work that’s required. Usually, one of us is around the shop if you need to talk about a date. It’s a small place, nothing too big. We’ve known the neighbors around here for years. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized. If you’re coming from the station, it’s not a long walk. We usually have some inventory sitting around the back. It gets crowded during the wedding season, of course. We try to answer the phone but sometimes we're out on a site visit. That’s how it goes when you’re running a local business in Mumbai Central. Nothing is ever perfectly quiet. We handle the gear and the labor ourselves mostly. It keeps us busy from morning until late evening. If you see the sign near the society, that's us. We've seen a lot of changes on this road over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’ve stuck around here in the chawl. It works for us. I think we have been in this spot for about ten years or so now. We just take things as they come and do the work.
