We are based on the 3rd floor of Nand Bhavan, which is at number 59 on Babu Lane Road. It’s a bit of an older building, but it works for what we need. The stairs can be a workout if you aren't used to them. We’ve been operating Bitco- Kumar Pharm from this spot for quite a while. Babu Lane is usually tucked away from the main chaos, but it still has its own energy. Our space is filled with the usual office stuff and some pharma supplies. It isn't a huge operation. We are just a group of people making sure the orders get processed and the books are balanced. Everyone has their own desk and we mostly just talk across the room when something needs doing. No one wears fancy suits here. It’s a practical environment. The light in the afternoon hits the windows just right, which is nice. We handle the day-to-day business without any grand plans. It’s about getting the work done right. People who come to visit usually comment on the old-school feel of Nand Bhavan. We like it that way. It’s familiar and comfortable. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We just do the work we know how to do. The neighborhood knows us. It’s a steady pace here and we don't feel the need to rush things unnecessarily. We often share some snacks during the late afternoon break. It keeps the mood light and the work moving along.
