Working for the Birla Group is interesting because even though it’s a massive name that everyone knows, our daily reality is much more local and down-to-earth. We don't have a specific street address listed for this particular unit right now, but we're definitely part of the larger network. Most people think working for a big group like this means everything is super polished and corporate, but on the ground, it's just a lot of regular people doing their jobs. We spend our days handling the administrative side of things and making sure the operations run without any major problems. It’s a lot of spreadsheets, phone calls, and coordinating with other departments. Even without a fixed local office address to point people to, we’re still very much active. We don’t really bother with all that marketing talk about being the best or having a grand vision. We just focus on the practical stuff that needs to happen every day. It can be quite a lot of pressure because the expectations are high when you have a name like Birla on your ID card, but we just take it step by step. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the work done, making sure that everything we do meets the standards we've set for ourselves. It's a steady job and we're just regular folks trying to do right by the company.
