Our office is located in the Venus Apt building on the 3rd Floor, over in Andheri West. Specifically, it’s 4Th Cross Lane in the Lokhandwalw Complex. Bio-Syn Herbs (I) Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive factory; it’s more of a hub where we manage our herbal business. The stairs up to the 3rd Floor can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Inside, it smells a bit like dried plants and packaging materials. We spend our time sourcing different herbs and making sure they get sent out to the right places. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always a lot of honking and movement outside our windows. We are just a group of people who know a thing or two about natural ingredients. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. Most of our work is done over the phone or through paperwork. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing, but the important stuff always gets taken care of. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the complex change around us. It’s a practical space for what we do. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to provide decent herbal products to the people who ask for them and keep things moving. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes, but it works for what we need.
