Big Deal Courier

Big Deal Courier is located at Flat No 14 on the third floor of Windsor Fort. We are right below the Fort Laundry, which is how most people find their way to us. It’s an interesting spot for a courier service because you have to come up to the third floor, but we’ve made it work for a long time. The flat is basically filled with boxes and envelopes waiting to be sent out. We spend a lot of our morning sorting through everything and making sure the addresses are clear. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a big shipment comes in, but we manage to stay organized. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy reception area. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We’ve gotten to know the other people in the building quite well over the years. The sound of the laundry downstairs is something we’ve just gotten used to. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us handling the phones and the deliveries. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of trucks; we are just a local team trying to get packages from one place to another. It’s a lot of hard work and staying on our feet, but we like the pace of it. People in the area know they can just drop by Flat 14 whenever they have something that needs to go out.
