Bifwajit Pandit

I work out of Room No 214 in the Govardhangiri Society, which is located in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West. It’s a small space, but it’s where I handle everything for the business. Being in a society like this means I’m right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. I’ve lived and worked around here for quite a while, so I’m used to the pace of Goregaon. It’s a simple setup—just a desk, a chair, and my files. I don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. Most of the people I deal with are local, or they find me through word of mouth. I handle various tasks depending on what’s needed, mostly keeping things organized and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a one-man show for the most part, which keeps things straightforward. I don't have to check with a boss before making a decision. Sometimes it gets a bit lonely working by myself, but I like the independence. The society is a good place to be, and I know my neighbors well enough to say hello in the hallway. If you’re looking for someone who just gets on with the job without a lot of chatter, that’s usually why people come to me. It’s just honest work from a small room in Bangur Nagar. I take care of things as they come, and I’ve been doing it this way for enough years that it feels natural now. I keep the files sorted and the door locked.
