Bhawani Sweet Farsan Mart

Bhawani Sweet Farsan Mart is located in Shop 7 of the Girnar Galaxy Apartment in Malad West. It’s a small place where we spend our whole day making snacks and sweets. We have all kinds of farsan and the usual sweets that people like for their tea time. We start cooking very early in the morning so the smells usually drift up into the apartments above us. It’s a lot of work standing over the big frying pans and packing up boxes. We don't have any big machines, we do most of it by hand. The shop can get quite cramped when a few people are waiting at the counter. We don't have any fancy signs or a big brand name. Most of our customers are just the people who live in Girnar Galaxy or the buildings nearby. They know when the fresh batches are coming out. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a festival or a holiday. We just do our best to keep the shelves full. It’s a simple life, making food that people enjoy. We’ve been in Malad West for a while and we know the faces of the kids who come in for a treat. Bhawani Sweet Farsan Mart is just a neighborhood spot. We try to keep things fresh and simple every day.
