Bhavani Gift And Stationery

Our shop is in Emerald Plaza, specifically Shop Number 2 in Block Number 1 of the Vasant Vihar Building. We are on Pokhran Road 2 in Thane West. It’s a good spot, right across from Vidos Hiranandani and not too far from the Lokpura Mandir. Being a stationery and gift shop, we have stuff piled up from the floor to the ceiling. We’ve got pens, notebooks, birthday cards, and all sorts of small toys. It can be hard to navigate the aisles sometimes when we get a new shipment of school supplies. We know most of the parents and kids from the nearby buildings. They come in for last-minute project materials or a quick gift for a party. The bell on the door rings constantly, especially after school lets out. We try to keep things organized, but in a shop this small, something is always out of place. There’s a certain smell of paper and ink that you only get in places like this. We don't do any big advertising; we just stay open late enough for the people who forgot they needed a pencil for the next morning. It’s a busy life, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants decorations. We’ve been at Emerald Plaza for a while now and it feels like we’re part of the furniture. We just keep the shelves stocked and the register moving for whoever walks in.
