Bhavani Courier

Bhavani Courier operates out of Chawl No 5, Room No 3 in the Radha N area of Jogeshwari East. It’s a small place, honestly. If you know the neighborhood, we’re right near the Shiv Sena Office, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Our room is usually filled with bags and stacks of paperwork. There’s not much space to move around once the morning deliveries arrive. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a desk, a couple of chairs, and lots of parcels waiting to go out. The neighborhood is always loud and full of life, which keeps us going. We spend most of our day sorting through addresses and making sure the delivery guys have everything they need. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, or the narrow lanes of the chawl get blocked, but we manage to find a way. It’s a local business, through and through. We know most of the people who walk by our door every morning. We don’t use any complicated systems, just a lot of pens, paper, and hard work. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the small fan running and just get on with the job. It’s about getting the mail delivered, nothing more and nothing less. We’ve been in this room for quite a while now and it feels like home.
