Ikun Pharma

We’re based out of Dreams The Mall on LBS Road in Bhandup West. Our unit is L288. It’s a bit different working in a mall compared to an industrial estate, but it has its pros and cons. The traffic on LBS Road is always a nightmare, so getting here in the morning is usually a struggle for everyone. Once we’re inside the mall, though, it’s a bit more contained. We use our unit for the Ikun Pharma operations, which involves a lot of inventory management and coordinating with our suppliers. It’s not a huge shop, so we use every inch of the wall space for shelving. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our laptops or counting stock. It doesn’t feel like a typical pharma office because of the mall surroundings, but we get the work done just the same. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a reception desk. If someone needs us, they just walk in. We spend our days processing orders and making sure the deliveries are scheduled. It can get a bit lonely in the unit during the quiet hours of the mall, but then it picks up in the evening. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job properly and go home. It’s a straightforward business in a busy Bhandup location that we’ve grown used to.
