Bhagwati Event Company

Bhagwati Event Company is based at Masjid S V P Road No 4. Our office is in Udhna Udhyog Nagar, specifically at Office No 114, on the 3rd floor of the Kesh building. We are right in the middle of a busy industrial area, which suits us just fine. Being an event company means we have to be practical and ready for anything. Our office on the third floor is where we do all our thinking and planning. It’s filled with folders, samples, and many lists. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office space. We would rather spend our time making sure an event goes well. We handle all sorts of functions, from small family gatherings to larger parties. Most of our work happens on-site at various venues, but Office No 114 is where the coordination starts. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different people like decorators and caterers. It’s a lot of back-and-forth to get everything right. We’ve been at this for a while and have learned that things rarely go exactly to plan, so you have to be ready to fix things on the fly. We don't use any complicated business speak. We just do the work and try to keep our clients happy. Being in Udhna Udhyog Nagar is convenient for us and we like the community feel of the building. We just take it one event at a time and focus on the details that matter.
