We are located over in Juinagar, right in the Swastik Veena building. Sector 24 is a pretty active part of Navi Mumbai if you ask anyone around here. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of family homes and small businesses like ours. We’ve got our office on the first floor at 104. It’s not a huge showroom or anything like that. Mostly, it’s where we handle the administrative side of the paint business. There are always color charts and samples lying around on the desks, which is probably the most interesting thing about the decor. The Juinagar Road can get pretty crowded with trucks and cars during rush hour, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We have a small team here and we’ve all been working together for a good while. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or coordinating where the next batch of paint needs to go. It’s a lot of logistical work that people don’t really see when they buy a tin of paint. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s just a place to work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. We know the local shopkeepers and usually get our tea from the same guy every morning. It’s a simple routine and it works for us. We just try to stay organized.
