We are based over here in Andheri East, right at Unique House on Chakala Road. It’s unit 107. If you’ve ever walked down this way, you know how crowded it gets with all the traffic and people rushing around. Inside our office, there are shoes just about everywhere you look. We have racks and boxes piled up because we deal with footwear day in and day out. Some days are quieter than others, but mostly it is just us answering the phone, checking on orders, and making sure the inventory is where it should be. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other’s lunch habits. We aren't trying to do anything fancy or showy. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and head home to their families. Sometimes the courier guy is late, which throws everything off, but we manage. You’ll find us drinking tea around four o’clock most afternoons while we sort through the latest samples that came in. It's a bit cramped with all the cartons, but it works for us. We just keep things moving along at our own pace, making sure the footwear gets packed up and sent out.
