Bee Workshops

Bee Workshops is on the ground floor of Mihir Apartment. We are situated on Anand Rao Devle Marg, which is a busy little street near the PVR Cinema in Juhu. Being so close to the cinema means there are always people walking by, especially in the evenings. Our space is easy to get to since you do not have to mess around with stairs or elevators. Inside, it is usually a bit of a mess with tools and materials scattered around. That is just the nature of running workshops. We focus on teaching things and letting people try stuff out for themselves. It is not a quiet office environment. There is usually someone talking or the sound of something being built or painted. Juhu is a nice place to be, even with the humidity from the beach nearby. We chose Mihir Apartment because it felt like a homey spot rather than a cold office building. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the other residents, but we have a good relationship with the neighbors. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just put up a small sign and let people find us. It is a very hands-on kind of life here. We spend our days preparing for the next group of people to come in. It is simple work, but it keeps us very busy and we like the pace of it.
