Beaters Music Group

Beaters Music Group is located at 24, Apurva Estate, which is on Makwana Lane in Andheri East. We’re pretty close to Marol Naka, so getting here by the metro is usually the best bet for most of us. The estate is one of those places where there’s always something being loaded or unloaded. Our spot is just one of many units in the area. We do stuff with music, mostly production or management things. It’s not a quiet office, as you can probably imagine. We have instruments around and speakers everywhere. It’s a bit messy, but that’s the way we like it. We aren't trying to be a big record label with a glass office. We’re just some folks who like music and found a place in Andheri to do our work. Makwana Lane is a bit narrow, so parking can be a real headache, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent listening to tracks or talking to musicians. We don’t have a fancy mission or a bunch of slogans. We just get the tracks finished and help people get their music out there. It’s a lot of long hours in a small room, but it’s what we know. The neighborhood has plenty of places to grab a quick snack when we’re working late. We aren't doing anything too complicated, just making sure the sound is right.
