Baron Promotions Events & Human Resource is tucked away in Andheri East. Most days we are just trying to keep up with the phone calls and the paperwork that comes with running an event and HR business. It is not always glamorous. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks or heading out to meet people around the neighborhood. Being in Andheri East means there is always traffic outside, and it gets pretty loud. We started this because we knew a bit about finding people for jobs and putting together small gatherings. There is no fancy office lobby here, just a few rooms with enough space for us to work. Some mornings the tea lady comes by, and we take a quick break before getting back to the lists. We handle a lot of different things, from finding staff for other companies to making sure an event goes okay without too many hiccups. It is a lot of coordination. Sometimes things go wrong, like a printer jamming when we need a contract, but we just fix it and move on. We have been here for a bit now and know the local shops well. It is just a regular workplace where we try to do the job right and go home on time. We do not have a big corporate handbook. It is mostly just us figuring things out as we go along and making sure people get what they need from us.
