Bang Overseas Pvt. Ltd. occupies a space that feels very industrial. The ceilings are high and the walls are painted a simple off-white that has faded over the years. We have heavy metal doors that we roll up every morning to let the light in. Most of our day is spent dealing with shipping containers and tall stacks of boxes. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so the desks are always covered in forms and stamps. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time. We don't really have a reception area; if you walk in, you’re likely to run into someone carrying a crate or checking a list. The trucks come in and out of the estate all day, making it a bit dusty and loud. We drink our coffee from plastic cups and talk about the logistics of moving goods across the ocean.
