Bagdi Express Courier operates out of Andheri East. We’re tucked away right behind the Suba Galaxy Hotel. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the vans and bikes coming in and out to drop off packages. Our place isn't anything special to look at—just a big room with sorting tables, boxes everywhere, and a lot of tape being used. It gets pretty loud when the shipments arrive, but that’s just the nature of the courier business. We’ve been in this part of Andheri for quite some time now. Being near the hotel makes it easier to give directions to people who haven't been here before. We don't have a fancy storefront or a big marketing budget. We just focus on getting parcels from one place to another without losing them. The staff here is mostly local, and we all just pitch in where needed, whether it's labeling or loading. It’s a bit chaotic during the peak hours, but we have a system that works for us. We don’t use any corporate jargon or make big promises we can't keep. We just try to be honest about how long things will take and get them delivered. It’s a tough, fast-paced job, but we’re used to it. Just a regular bunch of people trying to keep the mail moving in a busy city. We take it one box at a time.
