Our business, Babaji Caterers & Decorators, is situated in Bhiwandi. You can find us on the ground floor of Datta Chaya Apartment in Kasar Aali. We are right across from Nazrana Talkies and quite close to Shubhash Garden near Shivaji Chowk. It is a central spot, which is helpful because we are always moving things in and out. We handle both food and decorations, so our space is a mix of kitchen smells and storage for event gear. There are always stacks of chairs or bundles of cloth sitting around. We are just a group of local people who know how to put a party together. We don't use big words or have a polished sales team. If you come by, you'll probably see us checking the inventory or loading a truck for an event later that day. Bhiwandi is a fast-paced town, and we have to keep up with that. The kitchen is busy most mornings, and we have several people who have been cooking with us for a long time. They don't need recipes anymore; they just know how it should taste based on the steam and the color. We spend a lot of time at Shivaji Chowk and the surrounding areas. It is not always easy work, and the heat in the kitchen or out at a site can be intense. But we have been doing this in Thane for years and we are comfortable with the routine. We just focus on making sure there is enough food and the stage looks decent for the guests.
