If you head down A M Lane in Lower Parel, you’ll find us. We’re in that cluster of buildings near the old mills. The space is filled with all sorts of things we’ve collected or made over time. It’s not a sterile office at all. There’s paint marks on the floor and scraps of material on the tables. We spend our days drawing, measuring, and trying to figure out how to make things look right. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, and the whole place gets covered in dust. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just see one of us hunched over a desk or talking to a craftsman. The windows are large but they let in all the noise from the street, which is just part of the atmosphere here. We’ve been in this lane for a bit and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with all the new cafes. Our shelves are a mix of finished pieces and stuff that didn't quite work out. We keep those around to remind us of what to do differently next time. It’s a working studio, so don't expect it to be tidy if you drop by unannounced. We use old wooden chairs and the tea always tastes like the local stall’s brew. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in this little corner of the city.
