We’ve been set up here on Vasanji Road in Andheri East for a good while now. It's a busy part of the city, which makes getting things in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes with the traffic, but we manage. Most of us who work here at Aventis Pharma Limited live nearby or take the train in every morning. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the day-to-day paperwork and logistics for the medicine side of things. People often stop by asking for directions because this road can get a bit confusing if you aren't used to it. We keep our heads down and focus on what needs doing. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is the highlight of the afternoon when things get hectic. We deal with a lot of different pharmaceutical supplies, and there is always a stack of boxes or files waiting for someone's attention. It's just a normal workplace with regular people trying to keep things organized. We aren't trying to change the world overnight or anything, just doing the job we have in front of us. Some days are slower than others, but that is just how it goes in this industry. Usually, the phone starts ringing early and doesn't stop until we head home. It's a lot of coordination between the warehouse and the distributors. We’ve grown used to the noise from the street.
