Atlantic Creations

Our spot is Room 6 B in Shyam Niwas, located in Khar West. The address says 3rd R and mentions Chandigarh Mani Majra next to Govind Dham Temple, which sounds a bit confusing to people who aren't from around here. Atlantic Creations is where we do all our creative work. It is a small room, but it is enough for what we need. We have fabrics and sketches piled up, and sometimes the floor is covered in scraps of material. Being next to the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers, which is actually quite nice when we are trying to focus. It is a bit of a walk from the main station, but once you are here, it is a decent place to work. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a workspace where things get made. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise that we keep meaning to fix, but we usually forget once we start working. The neighbors in Shyam Niwas are mostly quiet, so we can get on with things without much trouble. We spend a lot of hours here, sometimes staying late to finish a particular design. It is just a small local business doing its thing day by day. We take the work as it comes and try to keep the space somewhat tidy even when it is impossible.
