You can find us at 314 in the Parvati Industrial Estate. We are situated in Lower Parel, near the Gowalia Tank area. It’s an industrial building, so it has that functional, no-nonsense feel to it. Assured Advertising is run out of this unit. The estate is full of different workshops and small offices. It’s always busy with deliveries and people moving stuff around the corridors. Our space is just a standard unit on the third floor. We have our equipment and desks set up there. Lower Parel has changed a lot with all the new malls, but the industrial estates like Parvati still have that old-school working vibe. It’s not a shiny new glass tower. The walls are a bit grey and the hallways are long and narrow. But it works for us. We spend our time working on various ads and designs. It can get pretty hectic when deadlines are close. We hear the sounds of the other units and machines throughout the day. It’s a community of makers and workers. We like being in this part of the city because it feels central to everything. Gowalia Tank is a good landmark for people coming to see us for the first time. We’ve been here long enough that we know the security guards by name. It’s just a regular job in a regular industrial estate. We don't have a reception desk, you just walk in. It’s a practical way to run a business.
