Ask The Event Associates is located on Market Road, right near Malwa Khalsa School. If you are looking for us, just find the school and we are right there. The road is always busy with students, parents, and people shopping, so there is a lot of noise throughout the day. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the event details. We have a lot of lists on the walls and calendars marked with dates. Being on Market Road is handy because if we need some quick supplies or a printout, everything is just a few steps away. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who know the event business well. The school bell rings a few times a day, and we’ve kind of gotten used to the sound of kids playing during their breaks. It keeps the energy up. We don't have a polished waiting room or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us on the phone or sorting through decorations. It’s a practical working space. We handle a lot of the local events in this part of town. People just drop in when they are passing by the market. We don't do much in the way of formal presentations. We just talk through what people need and write it down. It’s a very local, hands-on way of doing things, and being near the school makes us feel like part of the neighborhood.
