Our place is over in Santacruz West, specifically Gandhi Nagar 3/A. It’s a bit of an older building. Asiatic Minerals has been operating out of this spot for quite some time. We deal with minerals and raw materials that come in and go out to different sites. The office isn't much to look at, just desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. It gets dusty because of what we handle, but that’s just part of the job. Most of the time we are on the phone coordinating deliveries or checking inventory lists. Dealing with minerals means things can get heavy and logistics are always a bit of a headache. The traffic around Gandhi Nagar doesn't help much either when the trucks are trying to get through. We know the regulars by name. It’s a quiet routine for the most part. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decor. We just focus on the orders that come in. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute because we are usually in the middle of a phone call or loading something up. We've got a small team here. Everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the quality of the stones and powder. It’s straightforward work. We don't make it sound more important than it is.
