This is Ashok Courier Service. We are at 41433 Kalbadevi on the 10th Main Road. The area is Hanumantha Nagar. We are very close to Adarsh Hotel. It's a crowded part of town. Packages come in and go out all day. The shop is full of boxes and envelopes. We have a small scale to weigh things. It’s mostly just me and one helper. Kalbadevi is always noisy with traffic. We have been at this spot for a long time. People bring all sorts of things to send. Some go nearby, some go far away. We write everything down in a big ledger. The computer is old but it works for tracking. Sometimes deliveries are late because of the rain or traffic jams. We tell people the truth about how long it will take. Hanumantha Nagar is a maze of streets. If you find the Adarsh Hotel, you can find us easily. The shop isn't very big, so we have to stack boxes high. We try to stay organized but it's hard when it's busy. Everyday we see the same delivery drivers. It’s a lot of walking and lifting. My back gets tired by the evening. But we keep moving. This is a local business. We don't have fancy uniforms. Just regular clothes and a lot of tape and paper. It’s a basic service for the neighborhood. We make sure things get where they need to go eventually, one way or another, regardless of the weather. We close up around eight and start again early tomorrow.
