Ashish Shah Printers

Ashish Shah Printers is tucked away at 12 Lower Parel inside the Sun Mill Compound. This area used to be full of old mills, and now it is a mix of all kinds of businesses. Working in Sun Mill Compound means you are around a lot of history but also a lot of modern chaos. Our printing shop is a busy place with the constant sound of machines running in the background. The air always has that faint smell of ink and paper. We have stacks of printed sheets and rolls of paper everywhere you look. There isn't much space for walking around, but we know where everything is kept. Lower Parel is a place that never really stops, and the compound is no different. We see delivery bikes and trucks coming in and out all day long. The office part of our shop is just a small corner with a couple of chairs and a desk where we handle the orders. We don't have any polished displays or sales floors. It is just a workshop where the actual printing gets done. The floors are stained with ink in some spots, which is expected after so many years of working here. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we monitor the print runs. It is hard work, but we are used to the pace of the compound.
