Our little place is right here at 308 Tardeo Arun Chambers, which is really close to Mumbai Central Station. If you have ever been to this part of town, you know it is always busy and full of people moving around. We have been working out of this office for quite a while now. It is not a very big space, just enough for a few of us to sit and get through the day's work. It is mostly filled with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. People usually find us because they are already in the area for the station. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. The building itself is one of those older Mumbai structures that has seen a lot of years. Every morning we come in, start the fans, and get things moving. The tea man stops by around eleven and then again in the evening. That is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We just try to keep things simple and do our jobs without making a fuss. There are no big corporate speeches here, just honest work. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the seasons, especially when the heavy rains come and everything slows down. We just stay here and keep at it.
