Ashapura Chemist

This shop is tucked into Shop No 1 of the Sankalp Building over in Parel. If you know Old Tapkir Galli, you know it can get a bit crowded around here, but it's a good spot for Ashapura Chemist. We stay busy from the moment we open the shutters in the morning. People from the building and the nearby streets come in for their regular medicine or maybe just some bandages. It’s a small space, so we have to be really organized with all the boxes on the shelves. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific brand, but we usually know where everything is. The light in here is a bit bright, but it helps us read the labels clearly. We talk to a lot of people every day, hearing about their aches and pains or just how their family is doing. Parel is a busy place, and being in this little corner of Tapkir Galli feels like we’re right in the middle of everything. We don't have much room for fancy displays, so we just stick to the essentials that people actually need. Sometimes the delivery guys struggle with the parking out front, but we manage to get the stock in. It's just a regular pharmacy life, helping folks get their stuff and move on with their day. We like the neighborhood and the people who live in the Sankalp building.
