Asha Events & Films

Asha Events & Films is over here in Goregaon East, specifically in Dheeraj Uphar which is right in the Gokuldham area of Goregaon East. It is a busy part of Mumbai and our place is at A/703. Most days you will find us caught up in a lot of different things related to films and local events. There is usually a lot of noise from the street below but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules and trying to figure out where the equipment needs to go next. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the papers and cables lying around but that is just how it is when you are working on this kind of stuff. The building is okay, though the elevator can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the neighbors pretty well. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a place where we get our work done and try to keep things moving. We drink a lot of tea while we are planning out the next shoot or figuring out the logistics for a function. It's hard work and the days can get pretty long, especially when there is a deadline coming up fast. We just try to stay on top of everything the best we can without getting too stressed out.
