Artist Bank

Artist Bank is tucked away in Ashiyana Tower over in Andheri West. We are on Lamington Road, which most people know is always buzzing with something or other. The Oshiwara Bus Depot is just around the corner, so there is a constant stream of buses and commuters passing by our building. It makes the whole area feel very connected to the rest of the city. Inside the tower, it’s a bit more settled. We spend our hours dealing with whatever comes up for the day. Being an Artist Bank sounds like it might be something glamorous, but mostly it is just a lot of coordination and sitting at desks. The office has big windows but the view is mostly of the other buildings and the street below. We get a lot of light in the morning though. There’s a small pantry where we make coffee, and that's where most of the talking happens. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or fancy rugs. It’s a practical space where people come to get things sorted out. Andheri West can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around, but once you find Ashiyana Tower, we are pretty easy to locate. We have been here for a bit and the regulars in the building know us by now. It’s a decent spot to work from.
