You can find Arrange Occasions at B,504 Marble Arch on TPS Road. We’re right near Veer Sawarkar Garden in Borivili West. It’s a quiet enough spot, which is good because the work we do can get pretty loud and messy. We spend our time planning out different types of gatherings. My desk is usually covered in scrapbooks, fabric swatches, and half-empty cups of tea. It’s not a big corporate setup; it’s just a flat we use to get things organized. We spend a lot of time on the phone with decorators and light guys, trying to make sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes they don't listen, and we have to go down there and show them exactly what we mean. Borivili is a nice place to work, especially with the garden so close when I need to clear my head. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most people just come here to talk about what they need and look at some photos of stuff we’ve done before. It feels more like a workshop than a business office. There’s always someone coming or going with a delivery of some sort. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the schedules don't fall apart. It’s mostly just making sure the right things are in the right place at the right time. Dealing with rain is usually our biggest headache during the monsoon months around here.
