Arnob Ghosh

Our setup is located in Sushila Apartment, right on the Bhiwandi Road in Kon. If you are coming this way, you’ll probably notice the Pooja Nursing Home first. We are just a short walk from there. This part of Thane can get quite dusty because of all the trucks and traffic moving through Bhiwandi, but we’ve gotten used to it. The apartment isn't one of those new high-rises you see popping up everywhere. It’s a sturdy, older building that has been around for a bit. We don’t have a massive reception area or anything like that. It’s just Arnob Ghosh and the rest of us working out of a couple of rooms. The morning starts with the sound of the main road waking up. We usually have the windows closed to keep the noise out, but you can still hear the world moving outside. It’s a very honest place to work. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or furniture that doesn't serve a purpose. People come by when they need something, and we talk to them face to face. Finding a place to park can be a bit of a headache sometimes, especially near the nursing home. But overall, being in Kon works for us. It’s central enough for what we need. We don't have a big marketing plan or a glossy brochure. We just keep our heads down and get through the day's tasks here in Sushila Apartment.
