Ark Designs

Ark Designs is located in Room No 9 of Salunkhe Chawl, over in Kajupada, Borivali East. Mumbai is a crowded city, and our space is no different. It’s a small room, but it’s where all the creative stuff happens. I started this because I liked drawing and making things look better. We don't have a big studio with glass walls or fancy lighting. It’s just me and a couple of others squeezed into this room with our computers and sketchbooks. Kajupada is a lively area, always full of noise and people moving about. Sometimes it’s hard to focus, but the energy of the chawl also keeps us going. We do all sorts of design work for local shops and small businesses around Borivali. Most people find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we make it work. I’ve lived in Mumbai my whole life, so I’m used to making the most of a small space. We aren't trying to be some big agency. We just like to design things that look good and help people out. If you’re in the neighborhood, feel free to stop by, though you might have to move a stack of papers to find a seat. That's just how we live and work here.
