Arena Events & Promotions

We’re based out of Marol Naka, tucked behind the Host Inn Hotel on Chimatpada Road. It’s a busy spot in Andheri East, especially with all the traffic coming off the main road. Our space is usually full of boxes, banners, and random bits of equipment from the last event we worked on. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, mostly helping out with local promotions and setting things up. It’s not the most glamorous office, but it’s where all the planning happens. Sometimes we’re here late at night packing stuff into vans. The neighborhood is a mix of small shops and warehouses, so we fit right in. We don’t really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just focus on getting the job done without too much fuss. If you come by, you might find us drinking tea and trying to figure out a logistical puzzle for a weekend show. It’s loud, messy, and we’re always on the move. Being near the hotel helps people find us, even though the street itself can be a bit of a maze. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of energy to keep things moving forward. Every day is a bit different, and that’s how we like it. We aren't fancy, just hard workers trying to make events happen on time and in the right place without any unnecessary drama.
