Architect Mihir Thaker & Asso.

We are located in Vile Parle East, in the Pooja Co-operative Housing Society. Our office is 129/3, right on Mahatma Phule Cross Road. It’s a nice, local neighborhood and being here makes it easy to work with clients in the suburbs. Architect Mihir Thaker & Asso. is a small association of people who handle architectural planning. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a standard office where we do our drafting and planning. Vile Parle is a great area because everything is close by, though the planes from the airport can be loud sometimes. We spend most of our time drawing up plans for residential buildings or helping people with their office layouts. We try to be honest about what can be done within a budget. We aren't looking to win awards every day; we just want the buildings to stand up and the clients to be okay with the result. There is a lot of back and forth with the municipality which is part of the job. Our team has been together for a while, so we know how to work around each other’s habits. If you come by, you will probably find us arguing over a measurement or drinking tea. It is a very normal, local business. We like keeping it that way because it feels more personal. We’ve been here for years and we know the area well.
