You’ll find us at Plot 14 in the M I D C area, specifically inside the Shai Darshan Complex at GIDC Estate. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there are always trucks and vans moving around. We handle a lot of packages here. Some are small envelopes, and others are big cargo crates that need a lot of muscle to move. The office is full of scales, scanners, and piles of labels. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the boxes waiting to be sorted. We start early because the morning pickups are always the busiest. We don’t really have a lobby for customers, just a counter where people drop things off. The air is usually full of the sound of packing tape being pulled. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the estate change quite a bit. It’s a noisy, dusty place, but that’s the nature of the cargo business. We don’t have a big corporate structure. Most of us just pitch in where needed, whether it’s sorting mail or loading a van. We try to keep track of everything, but with so many parcels, it’s a constant job. We don’t bother with fancy talk. We just take the packages and make sure they get to where they’re supposed to go. It’s straightforward work. We keep a logbook on the desk to write everything down. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and carrying throughout the day. We don’t have any big corporate slogans.
