Arch Pharmalabsltd is tucked away in Flat No. 103 of the Ramdarshan Apartment. Being located on MIDC Road near Shivaji Chowk means we are right in the middle of the industrial vibe of Kulgaon Badlapur. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the trucks and work going on, but that’s just how an industrial zone is. Inside the lab, things are a bit more orderly, though we still have that feeling of a busy workspace where people are actually doing things instead of just sitting in meetings. We handle various lab processes and pharmaceutical-related work. It’s a lot of testing and re-testing. The apartment setup is a bit unusual for a company like ours, but it works for us. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It feels more like a community than a corporate park. We’ve been here long enough that the local auto drivers know where the "Arch Pharma" guys are if someone gets lost. We don't have a big reception area or a sign with bright lights. We just have our equipment, our notebooks, and a lot of work to get through before the sun goes down over Badlapur. It is just plain and simple hard work that keeps us going.
