Apex Outdoor Media

Running a business like Apex Outdoor Media from Dahisar keeps us pretty busy most days of the week. Our office is tucked away in Trilok Krupa Darshan on the 3rd Cross, which is a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but all the planning happens there. Looking at maps and talking to people about where to put up their signs takes up a lot of our time. It’s not just about printing a big sheet of plastic and hanging it up. One has to consider the wind, the heavy rain during the monsoon, and if the lights will stay on at night. Since we set up shop here, the whole neighborhood has changed quite a bit. There’s always more noise and more people now, which I guess works out for the outdoor media side of things. Printers act up sometimes or the delivery gets stuck in traffic on the way from the city, but that’s just how it goes. Being a massive agency with hundreds of people in suits isn't our thing. Most of the work involves just us handling the phones and making sure the sites are clean. Checking on the hoardings means being on the road quite often. It’s practical work. Hands get dirty sometimes, especially when a frame needs fixing. Our focus is just to keep things moving and make sure the posters look alright when they finally go up.
