Treasure

We've been at Kotia Nirman for a while now. The second floor stays pretty busy. It's right across from Laxmi Ind Estate on the New Link Road. Traffic gets heavy around here in the evenings, but it's a good spot in Andheri West. The office isn't fancy. It’s mostly just us doing our thing every day. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. People find us easily because of the landmark across the street. We’ve got desks piled with papers and some old chairs that have seen better days. It's a workspace, nothing more. We spend most of our daylight hours here. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up during breaks. You get used to the noise of the Link Road after a few weeks. It just becomes background sound. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. If you need something, you just walk a few blocks. Most of the people working in this building know each other by now. We nod in the hallway and keep going. It’s just a regular place where work gets done. Nothing special to see, really, just a group of us in a room on the second floor. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit cluttered when we are busy. That is just how it goes here. Our address is on the Oshiwara Link Road side, which is handy for getting things delivered quickly.
