Trisha Collections

Trisha Collections is a small shop, number 3, in the Greenland Apartment building on J B Road. It’s a modest space, B/1 to be exact. We have shelves lined with all sorts of things we’ve collected over time. It’s not a big department store. It feels more like a hobby that turned into a full-time job. J B Road is a decent area, but parking can be a real pain for anyone coming to visit. We usually tell people to just walk or take a rickshaw. The light in the shop isn't great, so we use a few extra lamps to help see the details on the items. We don't really do big sales or fancy promotions. People just drop in when they’re passing by. Some days are very quiet and we just sit and tidy up the shelves. Other days, three people come in at once and it feels crowded. We like the Greenland Apartment building because the other shop owners are friendly. We often share tea in the afternoons. The floor is a bit uneven in one corner, so we had to put a piece of wood under one of the display cases. It’s little things like that which make the place ours. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It’s our little corner of the world.
