Spectra Pharma

Spectra Pharma is based at Plot No. 55, right near Marol Naka in Andheri East. If you know this area, you know how hectic it gets with the Metro and the buses. Our place is tucked in there among many other businesses. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy to get to, even if the traffic is a nightmare. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a main work area where most of the activity happens. We deal with pharma products, so there’s always a lot of talk about batches and delivery dates. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller team that knows how to get things done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We spend our days talking to vendors and making sure the inventory is moving. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a loud, energetic part of Mumbai to work in. Sometimes the noise from the street carries inside, but we’ve learned to talk over it. We keep our records in big ledgers and on the computer too, just to be safe. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else around here.
