We are set up on the 3rd floor, in room 301 of the C and B Square building. It’s right on Andheri Kurla Road in the Chakala area. Being in Andheri East means we are always surrounded by the noise of the city and the metro passing by. Our office is a practical space where we handle the Indian side of the business. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the paperwork for the pharmaceutical side is all in order. We have a regular routine. Some of us have been here since the office opened, and we’ve seen the team grow slowly. It’s not a place with bean bags or game rooms. We have desks, computers, and a lot of files. The walk from the metro station is short, which is nice for the staff. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations about our values. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up chatting while we wait. It’s just a normal office with normal people trying to do a good job in the pharma industry. We keep things straightforward. If you need something, we try to help out without any complicated procedures getting in the way. It’s a busy life here in Mumbai, and we’re just glad to be a part of it.
