Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is based at Medley House, which is Plot No. D-2 in the MIDC Area. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC means the surroundings are mostly other factories and warehouses. It’s not the most scenic place, but it’s where the real work happens every day. Medley House is our own building, so we have the whole space to ourselves at Plot D-2. This helps us keep things organized in a way that makes sense for us and our workflow. The area is always full of trucks and workers, especially during the shift changes in the morning and evening. We have been operating from here for quite a while, and the building has seen a lot of use over the years. It feels solid and practical. Inside, the rooms are filled with the usual stuff you need for a pharmaceutical business. We don't have any high-end furniture or anything like that. It’s just a place to get the work done. Sometimes the dust from the industrial area gets in, but we just clean it up and keep going. Working in MIDC has its own rhythm, and we are very much used to it by now. We focus on our daily production and administrative tasks without much fuss. It is a straightforward environment where everyone knows what they are supposed to do. There is a lot of history in these walls, and we just continue to add to it every single day.
