Anand Trade Developement Services

Anand Trade Developement Services is located in office 208 of the Ibrahim Building. We are over in Dadar West, right on Fergusson College Road. It’s an old part of the city and the building has that classic Mumbai feel to it. The stairs are a bit narrow and there’s always something going on in the street outside. We handle various trade services, which basically means a lot of coordination and paperwork. There are files stacked on most surfaces because there’s always something that needs to be tracked or filed. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working together. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a break room. Usually, we just get tea from the guy downstairs. The area is always crowded, which is just part of being in Dadar. We’ve been in this building for a long time and we know how the layout works. Some days are just about answering emails and making sure shipments or documents are where they need to be. It’s practical work. We don’t spend much time on decorations; we just have what we need to get through the day's tasks. The light in the office is okay in the morning but we rely on the overhead tubes by the afternoon. It’s a real working space for people who have been in the trade business for a while. We just keep things moving as best as we can with the tools we have.
