Ams Courier Services

We operate out of Shop No 1 in the Ashapura Building. It is right there in the J area of Santacruz East, not too far from the Jain Temple. That temple is actually how most people find us if they get lost on their way here. Being in a courier business, things are usually a bit messy with boxes and envelopes everywhere. Ams Courier Services isn't a huge warehouse; it is just our shop where we sort everything out by hand. We have a routine of getting things ready early so they can go out on time every day. The building itself is an older one, but it is sturdy and keeps the rain out. Santacruz East is a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street and people walking past the door. We know most of the delivery guys who come by, and we are on a first-name basis with the regular folks who drop off their mail. It is a lot of lifting and scanning and making sure labels do not peel off in the heat. It is a simple life at the shop. We do not have fancy furniture or a big reception desk. Just a wooden counter and a lot of floor space for the heavy packages. Sometimes the rains make things difficult, but we just move everything further inside away from the door. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We have been at this spot for a long time and it feels right.
