Amore Gelato

You can find us on the ground floor of R-City Mall in Ghatkopar West. It is usually pretty loud in here because of the mall crowds, especially on Sundays. We are right there near the entrance, so we see a lot of people walking by. Working at Amore Gelato means dealing with a lot of different people every single day. The mall air conditioning is nice when it’s hot outside. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and keeping the glass clear. It is a busy spot. We have to keep an eye on the stock all the time. Sometimes the line gets a bit long, and we have to move fast. It is just how it is in a big mall like this. We don’t have much room in the back for storage, so we have to be careful about how we order things. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how to work around each other without getting in the way. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a counter and some freezer space. We see the same regulars who work in the other shops in the mall. We usually stay open pretty late because the mall doesn't close until night. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, but we’re used to it. Just a regular day at the mall for us.
